Tebow's game winning play illegal?

Of course someone is going to over analyze this play to hate on Tebow in any way possible. The argument here is that the tight end on the short side looks like he is off the line which would make the receiver up top (D.Thomas) ineligible. Well you know refs make mistakes and miss a ton of calls during the game whether it a hold, clip, illegal formation etc but this happen to be one of those that they missed and it happened to end the game.
